Manufacturers manufacturing heavy utensils and strong aluminium i.e. tumbler like cooking utensils, ladle handal etc., use scraps like bus body, rejected piston etc, as their row material. These scraps contain silicon. Because of which aluminium becomes hard and the melting temperature of aluminium becomes high.

Our product ALFLUX-5 helps in reducing the melting temperature of these scraps.

FUNCTION

• Lower the melting point of aluminium scrap.
• It secparates dross from the scrap.
• It purifies aluminium.
• It prevents its oxidation.
• It removes oxide inclusion, reduces gas pick-up.
• It gives maximum fluidity to the metal.

CHEMICAL CONTAINT

• Basically it is a sodium and Potasium based salt product.

HOW TO USE

• Those manufacturers who manufacture utensils etc. use 400grams ALFLUX-5 to extract 100 kg aluminium.
